970 EVO NVMe M.2 does not support Diagnostics in Magician

Hello, 

Samsung Magician 6.2.1 correctly recognizes my 970 EVO M.2 drive, but when I click on Diagnostics it tells me that "The selected drive does not support this feature."

I have updated the drive to the latest firmware, and installed the Samsung NVM Express Drive 3.3. 

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

In Magician, click Help, then Get Sarted, then Supported Features by Model.

970 Evo does not do diagnostics.

hello -

i was having the same issue with my samsung evo 970 plus nvme device.  i found that installing the samsung nvme driver solved that an that i can now run diagnostics using samsung magician software. (SSD Tools & Software | Download | Samsung V-NAND SSD | Samsung Semiconductor Global Website)
