I have a 980 Pro 2 TB SSD that I am trying to upgrade the firmware on, however, to update the firmware I have to use the Samsung Magician tool. The problem is that I cannot get Samsung Magician to detect the drive, it can see the 970 Evo I also have installed but not the 980 Pro. I have the drive working and formatted but still does not show up, I even installed the NVMe driver from the Samsung site. To debug this I have tried to turn off Intel Rapid Storage and make sure Raid is not enabled. Any help would be appreciated.
