BSOD while upgrading from Magician 6.1.0 to 6.2.0

I have Win10 installed on Samsung Evo Pro 970 1Tb. Found out that Magician software has an update, gave it a go, installation was successful. Decided to run a performance check, had a BSOD right away: DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION. On reboot BIOS stopped seeing ssd drive, it takes about 10 second for computer to show first lines on the display. Clearly, it takes a while because motherboard trying to detect SSD and eventually gives up. Is there any way to make it detect a drive again? Could magician software update change some firmware inside a drive, so it became undetectable? Is it a faulty drive? Can anyone help me to figure out how to sort it out?
