C24RG50FQN Green Pixels on left side of monitor only

Just bought this monitor a couple weeks ago and there are now green pixels on the left side of the monitor only. When I switch inputs, the screen starts flashing black, grey, green, and red screens and then the green pixels return. I switched cables from HDMI to Display Port and that did not fix anything, tried changing the refresh rates from 144 to 120 to 60 and that only made the display look worse, tried turning off Freesync and that didn't work either. Is it the monitor or is there something else I can do to alleviate this issue?

If the link does not help service is required. Below are some service options available to you.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.

- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.

- If you're within the one year warranty, you can private message one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service set up. http://bit.ly/33ipYnO
