I need to upgrade my PC from Windows 7 to 10.  Before I can do that, I need more disk space.

Currently running a NVMe 512gb 960 Pro M.2 and purchased a 1tb V-NAND 970 Pro M.2.  Using Macrium Reflect, I did a clone of the 960 to the 970.  When I try to boot from the 970, it gets to the point where the Windows logo starts showing and the machine then reboots.  I've been working with the support team at Macrium and we have tried everything possible and can't get this to work.

I tried installing the latest NVMe driver v3.3 which is supposed to support the 970.  The install guide says that this driver would be used only for the 970.  I then did the clone operation again, but still get the same result.

Has anyone seen this issue?  Am I missing something obvious?

Thank You

Sorry for the late reply.  Should have some time to try this over the coming weekend, but not sure the cloning will work.  I use Macrium Reflect to do the cloning, but I thought I had read somewhere that it won't clone from an MBR to a GPT disk.
