Easy Setting Box - Setting Screen doesn't Appear

I've run into an problem with the "Easy Setting Box" app where the setting screen no longer appears.

 

The icon shows running within the taskbar of Win10, but changing of screen layout is hidden now.

 

Uninstall/Install has not corrected the issue.  Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks for your suggestion.  Just found the solution after looking at the install logs.

 

Excerpt:

04/14/2018 16:32:03 Line: 2251;CMagicGridDlg:Smiley SurprisednTrayNotification: No Samsung Device Found

 

Downloaded and Installed Application C34F791.exe and now Win10 recognizes the Monitor.  

 

The "Easy Setting Box" configuration screen is now displayed.

Have you tried uninstalling, clearing the AppData, then re-installing?

I am having the same issue after upgrading Win 7 to Win 10.

Would you mind sharing how you resolved the issue exactly? Windows 10 doesn't recognize the monitor? I have the CHG90 monitor

Did you make sure to update your monitor's firmware? Also, did you try reinstalling the drivers for the monitor?
