Is anyone aware of a way to connect a s9+ to an external display, and while in SCREEN MIRRORING MODE (not Samsung dex) rotate the native orientation so that the image takes up the full extent of the monitor while holding it in a PORTRAIT orientation?
The problem I have is I can only hold the screen in landscape orientation and the screen mirrored image only takes up the center portion of the display. The screen itself has auto-rotation but will not rotate the image to fill the display.
If you're using PC try the Microsoft Phone Companion app. All you need to do is install it from the Google Playstore, follow the prompts to connecting it to your PC and from there everything on your Display is mirrored on your monitor.
Or you could try Google Home.
Of the Two I have had more experience with the Microsoft Phone Companion app, it's actually pretty seemless too.
