I purchase a SD card from Best Buy in Dec/2022. It stops to working couple days ago. I contacted Samsung twice for the warranty. I first spend an hour on the phone with customer support, She transferred my call to Bestbuy without passing any information to Bestbuy.
Second time, a guy named <hidden> (?) told me that since I purchased from BestBuy. Samsung could not help with my warranty. I need to goto BestBuy and BestBuy has an agreement with Samsung to execute the warranty. And when I contact BestBuy, they said the warranty is honored by Samsung..
What a horrible experience.... The Samsung support told me I have a case number <hidden>
