How to reset the pin or factory reset the PC monitor G9

I got a used PC monitor LS49DG954SNXGO with the smart hub, but the person before didn't remove his account nor factory reset it. How can I reset the pin or force the factory reset without his pin code ? And no, 0000 does not work.

Yes, I do have the remote.

Unfortunately, already tried many times in different places of the GUI and nothing.

I finally reset the pin code. I added the monitor on my phone with Smart Things and used the virtual remote to do this procedure:

With the monitor turned ON:

1. Press the Volume button (click it in, like a mute action).

2. Press Volume Up (+), then press Return (back arrow).

3. Press Volume Down (–), then press Return.

4. Press Volume Up (+) again, then press Return.

The PIN should now be reset to 0000.

The pin got reset ! Strangely, the physical remote didn't help for that procedure.
