Wow! I here the 990 Pro SSD is fast! Scratch that. I know that 990 pro is fast. I have 2 in my desk top. I ordered them in March '24. So imagine my surprise when I received another 990pro in the mail today. That I didn't order. Or at least I thought. I had pre-ordered the 990 Pro 2TB when Samsung announced them. I distinctly remember canceling that order because they kept on pushing back the release day. Pre-order was ordered in November......2022!. But today, December 10, 2024, I receiver that pre-order. A 2TB 990 PRO Character box? Samsung... I'm still a fan, even if it took you 2 years and a 1 month to send me what would have been my first m.2 SSD. The only thing I'm worried about is... did they charge me the original price 2 years later. When 2TB (w/heatsink) are only 152.99. Just might have to return this if I see that on my card.šš«”š«£š¤Ŗ
