I cannot find drivers for this monitor for the life of me and all I want is to be able to access all of my settings in the settings menu. because I am sick and tired of constantly adjusting my monitor only for it to reset the next time I turn it on. I am locked with hdr enabled and cannot turn it off as well as being stuck at 144hz not being able to push it to the 165 the box boasts.

I would recommend going into your NVIDIA or AMD settings and making sure that you are running on the native resolution settings to get the 165 Hz. Also, you can try a new cable. It would be recommended to try a DisplayPort cable. As for the HDR setting’s make sure they are also turned off in Windows. After that, as for the firmware update, I would recommend reaching out to your community support team using the link below, as from the model number, it seems that it is not a us model number.
