I just bought an M7 Smart Monitor and it is not recognizing any of my Bluetooth products while doing a search.  I've tried connecting the following products with no success.

1) Samsung Galaxy Bud Pro Earbuds

2) Apple Air Pods

3) UE Megaboom Speakers

4) Jabra Evolve 2 Headsets

I also did a factory reset and the problem still exists.

Please suggest how to solve this problem.  Thanks.

An M7 User manual stated it's Bluetooth works with  keyboards, mice, and gamepads.  There was no mention of connecting to audio devices.

I'm sure it was seamless like any other bluetooth feature in a device and that you didn't have to enable anything in the Smart Monitor.  I think I may have a defective monitor.  This is the only feature that is not working.

Here's the solution:

1) Connecting a Bluetooth Device that is NOT a mouse or Keyboard

- Select Sound

- Select Sound Output

- Select Bluetooth Speaker List

- Search for your Bluetooth device (i.e. Galaxy Ear Buds, Apple Air Pods, External Speakers, etc)

2) Connecting a Bluetooth Mouse or Keyboard

- Select Settings

- Select General

- Select External Device Manager

- Select Input Device Manager

- Select Bluetooth Device LIst to search for your keyboard or mouse
