I have a Samsung Flip 2 WM65R and the computer connected does not have touch capabilities within Windows. I updated to the latest drivers and and attempted to force update the device manager but no change.

Not sure what I am missing with this device. 

 

If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
