I have a monitor C27HG70 and I found there is a new firmware for the monitor but after the update lines began to appear and it was increased and become worse. A technician told me after review the monitor that the firmware made the panel take 12 voltage instead of 5v !! now I have very expensive monitor ruined all because of this firmware
I demand that Samsung compensate me for its fault.
