Odyssey G7 the screen navigation button doesn't work

I'm having this issue since 3 months 

The navigation button on shows screen sources

I can't access the settings or update the firmware. 

Rarely it works for couple of minutes only

This is really frustrating

I'm, sorry to hear that, since this is so new I would recommend taking it back for an exchange depending on the place of purchase you may still be within the return window. If not please send me a private message with your full model and serial number so that I may get this set up for service for you.
