When I try to accept the terms and conditions it just downloads and then tells me:
“Model ID and version are not valid. Please contact the Samsung service center. (Error code: 2014506-1)”
I also can’t turn on Game Mode, and my refresh rate is stuck at 30hz in 4K for some reason. All this is new because my monitor was working fine until I turned it off and turned it on today.
