Monitors and MemoryJust read another thread with the same topic, stating that there was a solution.
Unfortunately it isn't so.
The monitor is a C49G95TSSU.
I tried multiple fat 32 formatted usb keys, with or without any other usb cable connected, turning on and off the monitor, but the error message is always the same: No update files found.
I downloaded the update file from Samsung site , extracted and placed on the usb key.
It is NOT working.
Such a shame.

Monitors and MemoryEdit:
I tried some more usb keys, after connecting an usb extension cable to the port, since it's in a crazy position, impossible to reach for an human.
I finally found one key that is working.
I don't know why this one is good for the monitor and the (many) others not.
They are all perfectly working and fresh fat 32 formatted.
Samsung, this firmware upgrade procedure is definitely bugged.
I was expecting something better on a 1400$ monitor.
