Monitors and Memory3 P2770HDs, Model Code LS27EMNKUY/ZA, Asus GEFORCE GT 640, Win 10
Been using DVI input on two of three monitors for years, and VGA on third. All three would go into "Standby" mode when appropriate, appearing to be shut down except for power on indicator. Graphics card DVI output for one monitor seemed to have died. Kept getting "no signal, check cable." Replaced DVI cable - no help.
Switched to HDMI output from card. Monitor receives signal and works fine now except it will not go into "standby" mode. With no signal input it says just that..... "No Signal," and the backlight stays lit. Pic attached. Would like this monitor to go into "standby" as other 2 still do.
Any help will be appreciated.

Monitors and MemoryI apologize for the inconvenience. This forum is for the support of US products and customers. We do not have the ability to support models outside of the US. With your product not being a US product, I would recommend reaching out to the country in which your product was manufactured/purchased for assistance with the appropriate troubleshooting for your device: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Monitors and MemoryThis appears to be a Canadian model. Have you tried updating the firmware or unplugging the unit and plugging directly into a wall socket. If this doesn't help I recommend reaching out to this model's country of support. There are differences between the US and International firmware, to which we do not have access.

Monitors and MemoryStrange. All 3 were bought at and sold by Amazon. I have been unable to locate any firmware or driver updates, even on CA sites, and yes, I have tried power disconnect and reset.
Guess I will contact CA support.
Thanks again.

Monitors and MemoryDoes the monitor go to sleep if you unplug the HDMI cable? If so then the video card is sending some sort of signal to keep the monitor awake.
