I have finally gotten this monitor in that's not busted in half like the first one was from Bestbuy. Amazon's reseller delivered and it's OK, but it's either blindingly bright or so dim I can't see it. The brightness setting is greyed out and nothing I can do will enable it.
Also the Easy Setting app cannot find the monitor so there's no way to control it from the PC either.
I tried Samsung support and got some clueless tech that took 15 minutes for each response, I do not have the time for this nonsense.
I've already started a return as it's clearly got defects, but maybe one of you will know how to fix this before it gets returned.
