Monitors and MemoryMy drive is also approx 1 month old (new ZEN 4 build) and Samsung 990 PRO (2 TB version) dropped 12% with 2.6 TB written.
In same system I also have 980 PRO (1 TB version) with similar write amount (currently at 2.5 TB written) and has 100% health.
Motherboard is Asus X670E-E with ZEN 4 7950x and 64 GB of RAM. When system is more or less idle, 990 PRO has temperature of approx. 53 degrees Celsius, 980 PRO is at 37 degrees.
Hopefully this is just reporting issue and will be fixed with firmware.

Monitors and MemoryAfter you fix this, can you fix the 990 Pro's IEEE1667 eDrive functionality?

Monitors and MemoryHi Memory Product Expert -1. I'm sure you're aware of the subreddit that people with this issue are posting too?https://www.reddit.com/r/hardware/comments/10jkwwh/samsung_990_pro_ssd_with_rapid_health_drops/?sort...
I seem to have encountered this issue too with only about 80 hours power on time, approx. 3TB written and a 1% drop. No where near the 1200tbw for a 2TB version of this ssd.
hope it's resolved soon.

Monitors and MemoryI hope its just a report error. I have multiple Samsung drives and here are their health:
Model | Health | Power On Count | Power On Hours | Total Host Reads | Total Host Writes |
850 PRO 1TB | 98% | 1676 | 40880 | N/A | 40305 GB |
960 PRO 1TB | 96% | 1049 | 24125 | 49239 GB | 48934 GB |
970 EVO Plus 2TB | 100% | 173 | 4715 | 3200 GB | 4487 GB |
990 PRO 2TB | 92% | 2 | 242 | 951 GB | 1308 GB |
The 990 has less read/write yet it has worst health percentage when compare to others.
