Samsung G5 monitor blank screen

Screen is on but not displaying.

I have tried the following

-updating the monitor firmware

- unplugged and plugged the power from the monitor

- entering in Safe Mode

-uninstalling and installing the drivers

-changed the HDMI cable

-resetting the monitor

the screen show has not detected, but the screen  recognizes when i unplug her from the laptop

none have worked, next I will be using a display port cable to see if it works

I am sorry to hear about this. Does the HDMI port on the PC work with a different monitor? Are you using a desktop or laptop PC?

The monitor works now through a docking station, so I'm guessing it's the hdmi on the laptop with the problem.

Glad to hear it's working. You may want to check with the laptop manufacturer. Some laptops require a key combination to enable the HDMI port.

something happened, it was working before, but then it stop coming back from sleep mode.
