Samsung G8 OLED - USB C Hub issues

I got the new Samsung G8 OLED. Unfortunately it got a problem with the USB-C hub, as it doesn't get recognized by Windows.

My setup: 3 different configuration

• Main Windows PC setup: Video signal with Displayport, USB hub with USB-C (doesn't work)
• Work MacOS laptop: Video and USB hub connected with USB-C (works fine)
• Work MacOS laptop (Windows Bootcamp): Video and USB hub connected with USB-C (doesn't work)

I already did following troubleshooting steps:

• Verified the USB-C cable capabilities (PD, Data transfer and Displayport works fine on another monitor with similar hub)

• Reconnected my device several times

• Tried different USB-C ports on my PC

• Tried other operating systems (MacOS works fine, however MacOS with Windows Bootcamp not)
• Soft (unplug) and Hard (trough settings) reset
• Different Windows versions (latest Windows 10 and latest Windows 11)
• Clean Windows 10 install
• Samsung phone support with special technician 

So it seems like it's a Windows (Driver?) issue in general as my Mac works flawlessly, but with Windows bootcamp or with my Windows PC it doesn't.

Any ideas what I can try else?

Same problem here. Tried basically everything you did plus reinstalling my USB ports drivers, none works. Some firmware issue that went over Samsungs head, way to ruin Christmas.

Same here, can Samsung please look into this issues, using usb-c for display and charging is one of the most important features. My display does not detect usb-c input siganl after PC return from sleep mode, only display power cycle helps, I have Gigabyte m32u with KVM, no issues with usb-c, tried many cables and 3 laptops..all the same

Has anyone got any solution for this? Just got the Monitor yesterday and have the same problem. Thank you.
