Samsung Odyssey G85SB - Changes Resolution on Mac after using WIndows

Hi All,

I have an issue since I started to use a Windows PC additionally on my G8.

Whenever I switch from my Windows Maschine back to my Mac Studio, the Resolution changed to a very low one for whatever reason. The only Fix I have, is unplugging the USB-C Cable and plug it back in.

Since this is happening with every change to my Mac, it gets quiet annoying. There are no issues switiching to my Windows machine. 

Would anybody have a Fix for that?

The Mac reverts to Default Apple resolutions when disconnected and they are not very pretty on a PC centric monitor.

Blame the G8 for not having a third eye to command the Mac to switch to pc resolutions when connected.

Put a type C kvm switch in the line to the Mac to provide signal resets.

Buy a second monitor for the Mac.
