Samsung SSD X5 not recognized. Dell xps13. Win 10

I am having a problem with my Samsung Portable SSD X5. It is not being recognized on Dell XPS13.

 The disk was recognized in Device Manager as USB Device,  but it was not appear in Disc manager.

SSD driver instaled - When I plug it in dockstation (Dell Thunderbolt Dock WD19TB ) it works fine.

Any ideas?

possible voltage requirements on the port you're using or something in the bios settings of the XPS. Is it a USB2 or 3 you're plugged into?
