Samsung T5 - Windows 10

My Samsung T5 is not connecting/communicating with my PC to access it as a data storage device.


It is listed as an unspecified device. I've tried updating drives and converting it from a MBR to GPT disk, but no avail. I've also tried restarting my computer with the T5 plugged in, but it does not resolve the issue.


Windows only recognizes the device as unspecified and am still unable to access it to store data.


Is the device faulty?
