Bought a new X5 portable SSD and received it today, surprised me was when I first got it and set up the password, I won't be able to unlock it, 'unable to unlock, err(12)', but when I try to type another password.it would let me know it is the wrong password, so it does recognize the password, but just don't know why it won't allow me to unlock it.
can anyone help with this?
I have the same issue.
In addition, a firmware update is avalaible, but I can't apply it because SSD is locked, althouh password is recognized.
If in a couple of days I can find out a solution, I will return it to Amazon.
