Samsung odyssey g5 won't stay on

I recently purchased this gaming monitor and it worked great I moved it over to another corner of the room and now it won't stay turned on. I even went back to the original spot and same issue is happening. power cable wasn't damaged or anything so what's going on.

It may be an issue with your outlet, try using a polarized extension cord and check the power button on the back

I figured it out! had it running on an absurd refresh rate from my PC making it turn off again thanks for the help!

Also, check the cables from your computer to the monitor, sometimes a faulty HDMI cable or display port may be bad
