My monitor broke. It is under warranty. I called support twice and the waiting time was about 8 hours. I joined the call back list. I never got called back. I tried the online chat support. After serveral redirections and four hours of chating I managed to get a repair ticket. The next day I got this laughable email:
In addition, I called service between 9am and 9pm on Saturday (as stated in the email), and the office was closed.
I am a Samsung product fan. Pretty much everything I own is Samsung (monitors, phones, blu ray, TVs, tablets). I think I am done now...
