The receipt and monitor doesn't match and the computer store website doesn't have the IPS model  on their site.

(I have reached the limit of 10 will update with the rest image tmr of Cool 2 and the monitor power backlight bleed and other images of the bleed)

There's a line of dead pixels:

(Images post tmr)

I was told by the computer store to inform Samsung about this because the store doesn't want to replace it because "all of the monitor with LCD display comes with the bleed and my internal gpu is at fault" even though I showed the picture with monitor screen when pc is off and looking for signal.

(Will edit in images once limit is finished)

The above images are the backlight bleed on monitor power on and I read somewhere that the loading screen doesn't fully utilize the backlight

The store wasn't able to check video and the guy play a windows default video (the issues (flicker during black and white transition and there's bright light in a drama and then the color skin become normal and this wasn't a one incidence, the tone on skins and white clothes become blue and yellow and it's present on dramas and the store doesn't know about Vik* and Iqiy* and

My experience: Because the store doesn't have a testing room inside unlike another store in Guyana with good customer service support. This store took me to a driveway with sunlight and it was at 10 AM and the test (lasted for an hour) on a bench outside (the place he put the monitor in cause the sunlight to be shone monitor directly) and i told the guy i think the monitor is glass i think and the guy afterwards says it's could be the reflection even though i show the pictures and videos. The store employees  says that the blue and orange light on the white 100 solid color is normal and even if there is a bleed there will be no replacements because the replacement will have the same defects and that Samsung will have to deal with this.

The person says that I have to contact Samsung because the store aren't able to give a refund or replacement nothing because the manufacturer have to deal with this not the store. Also he mention that many people who bought monitors from the store in Guyana have this problem and the LCD monitor panels are meant to be like this. Another employee directed me to an HP monitor with visible bleed on the dark image. Afterwards, The upper guy says that I should buy a OLED monitor if i don't want this normal problem and they had one in stock and afterwards he said not anymore

I was angry and said what can I do, the movie and drama are affected by the defects and it's severe. The other persons says that I should buy an external gpu and that should solve because my internal gpu isn't cable.

My internal gpu (UHD 770, it can handle 4k content and the monitor is FHD) I don't play games on my desktop, only media usage and Microsoft applications.

The color tone affects the skin color and the store says "the Asian dramas i watch are meant to have these skin tones and that the blacks in streaming service are at fault because Indian drama blacks are not good" although Iqi** and Vi** on my other devices doesn't have this issue.

The guy 1st laptop was not connecting to the monitor and he tried multiple times before bringing in another employee. The upper employee give a seminar to the guy and I had to wait till they are finished talking. Also I notice the store laptops has visible input lag on the monitor and laptop trackpad and the guy said the lag is normal. I don't think it is and I need advice on this situation because I can't afford another monitor 😕.  (I don't want to be sued however this experience is something I don't want to experience again, the store is a big computer store and as a consumer who is scared of their power I'm unable to exercise my rights due to the country I'm living in)

  • (The above pictures were taken on November 5th and I went to the store today November 7th) During the store’s inspection, one of the employees handled the monitor roughly while connecting his laptop, leaving visible fingerprints and grease marks on the display surface. The screen was clean before the visit, as I always handle it carefully.
  • I didn’t record or video the store experience because I trusted the business (which advertises itself as the #1 computer store in Guyana since 2006) to act professionally.

I don't think Guyana falls under the category Bahamas & Caribbean Islands or Trinidad & Tobago English. Should I post in Trinidad and Tobago because it is closer to Guyana?
