Monitors and MemoryI like this t7 shield because of its speed and durability but I am having problems accessing files at times from my phone. When I access the T7 from my Chromebook there are no issues, I can unmount, disconnect, and then reconnect and access files with no problem. Same goes when I am using the T7 on a windows computer/labtop.
The connectivity issue arises only when connecting the T7 to my phone. Initially , my phone will recognize the T7 and I am able to access files. I then can unmount the T7 SSD and disconnect, at a later time when I try connecting the T7 to my samsung phone , it will not recognize a USB device what so ever. Not unless I take the T7 and connect it to either a windows compputer and or chromebook and then reconnect to my phone will my phone see it.
How can I access my T7 without having to "wake it up" with another device prior to connecting to my phone (S22 ultra). I also have a S10 and it does the same thing.

Monitors and MemoryDo you have another USB stick to try on the phone to see if it exhibits the same behaviour?

Monitors and MemoryYes, I can use a sd micro card that I physically connect to a sd micro card adapter to usb C and I can connect, unmount, reconnect without issues to my phone.
