Monitors and MemoryWhenever I fill out the data to request service for my poor performing 970evo plus I always get the same error "An error occurred while creating your request. Please try again or call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG." I've tried multiple things and wonder if anyone can solve it before I call them?

Monitors and MemoryI'm wondering if they are even open for requests or aware their service is down. I have tried different steps that could be causing the issue on my end, so I'm leaning towards it being a problem on their end unless someone has got it to work recently.

Monitors and Memorysame issue.
Chrome inspector shows it's a server error.
https://pages.samsung.com/support-api/ups/shipping/method 400 error (bad request)
response: {"message":"No Asc Found for input modelCode","type":"general"}
Based on POST body parameters, it would seem the parameter 'modelCode' is the exact model of our device.
And Samsung has clearly not configured their backend to properly handle "shipping" of particular products.
Our product is not supported for shipping, therefore it errors. They have to fix it on their end.
Until then, guess we have to call them....
Mine isn't a monitor or memory, but rather a EVO 860 ssd drive.
I would imagine this issue is quite widespread.
Lesson learned. Buy a Pro not an EVO. 2-bit MLC for the win. 3 for the lose. 4 must be bonkers (QVO).
Also makes one wonder, if it's intentional. Such an easy fix, add the model #'s to your database and specify the RMA box parameters. Just as you would any product. 5 to 10 minute job.
