I am using a Samsung T7 SSD with an application that cannot access this drive with the Magician security setting turned on. My problem is that I can't see any of the drive diagnostics in the Magician app unless the security setting is turned on. Is there any way to use the Magician app and using diagnostics and performance tools and leave the security setting off?
What version of Magician are you running? I am running 6.2.1. I have no security enabled on my drive and I can see and perform all diagnostics. You probably run your diagnostics and check your drive health less often than you use the program you are having an issue with (if I ran diagnostics once in the last 10 years, it's a lot)., because there is no reason to unless you are having issues. I can suggest you turn off the drive security and use your program and turn it back on when you want to run your diagnostics or see the results.
