Monitors and MemoryHey,
I have a trouble with KVM USB switch. The USB ports do not work through the USB-B cable (keyboard and mouse do not register or light up). It works through USB-C.
Symptoms:
-When I connect USB-B to A cable to the PC, monitor registers it and gives "USB-B has been connected"
-When I click the "switch USB" to the second source it shows for a second that the source is indeed the second PC, BUT the keyboard /any device does not light up or registers. Then it switches to the USB-C source
Steps I have taken:
-Setup in the monitor itself
-Install drivers and samsung software on the PC
-Tried different PCs win11 and 10
-Upgrade monitor firmware
-Change the cable itself (4 different cables)
Cannot find anyone dealing with this issue so it might be just a hardware issue.
Thanks in advance for any advice

Monitors and MemoryThe USB B port provides PC connectivity to the USB A ports on the monitor for keyboards and mice etc.
It is not designed to provide video to the monitor. The USB C port is for video data and charging.
It is explained in your User Manual.

Monitors and MemoryHey Dan,
Thakns for the reply, I should have made it more obvious. I do have trouble with USB ports. I know I have to connect the "second" device with HDMI or Display port cable.
So this is not solution to my problem š
