has anyone been able to connect a cam and been able to use it on a cam2cam sight? I connected my Logitech 920 via the USB on my M5 Smart Monitor but does not seem to be detected/connect on the sight ... any input?

The M5 is not designed to accommodate a camera.
Plug the 920 into your computer instead.
