Recently I’ve bought a Samsung M5 Smart Monitor and I’m wondering if it’s even possible to use it as external display for iPad Pro?

The Samsung M5 Smart Monitor does have Apple Airplay compatability. So any Apple device that supports Airplay can connect to the monitor. Most iPads have this built in. If you don't know how to connect the devices you can search up "how to connect iPad to Samsung monitor using Airplay" and there should be a video to help.
