Watch Burn

Has anyone else received burns following use of wearable?

I have a 46mm Galaxy Watch. After using sleep tracker for the first time I woke to a burnt wrist!

Re: Watch Burn

Thanks, I already have a job raised with Samsung. Been fobbed off with a cheap voucher and waiver all my rights for a one month old device.

Clearly an issue being covered up.

Re: Watch Burn

I have the same issue. My galaxy watch 46mm silver burns my wrist after I wash my hand. The burnt area is in the same size as the heart rate sensor. I can fell a significant tingling pain when the burnt area touches the water. This reminds me of Note 7, now it's watch. I bought my galaxy watch in Australia. Guess I would never use Samsung products again.

Re: Watch Burn

What has Samsung done to address this with you? I've filed a complaint but not very helpful

Re: Watch Burn

I contacted Samsung last night, and told me they'd contact me today. After speaking with them about an hour ago, they decided that I should send the watch back to their technical specialists to run some tests with it. If I decide to seek medical care, they would cover the costs for that according to the represantive I spoke to and an email to run the claim
