I am happy for you, for all the work you have done and still doing for the coming next.
I were wish I could afford the cost of your new device GalaxyS20Ultra, it looks a very unique. Even the new generation phone The Galaxy Z Flip, it is incredible speciale the foldable glass that you have innovate it.
You simply just know how to differentiate yourself in this huge competitor market. YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER NAME OF EVOLUTION.

No Bixby button and no Infinity Screen. Exactly what I've been hoping for. Great work Samsung! Thanks! Would be nice if the Ultra cam array would have fit on the Plus but there's limitations that can't be bypassed. Good work!

    With due reverence it is stated that i need a samsung S20 phone for reviewing it as many of my friend want to buy it but no body has an experience of using realme phones. I want to review it before launch event so that when it launches my friend could get my opinion and buy your Samsung S20

Samsung the absolute worst phone I have ever had. And face recognition can cause a lawsuit as I was very sick and face Recognition said I was not me and Icouldnt use my .hone so I had to use a land line and thank God I had one  as I had a 5 hour operation and could not walk. I am paying 93

dollars to get rid of a Samsung phone and it is well WORTH IT.

I think that you most do at list 3-4 big software , you start the s20 new phone New year, new policy software that updates all time and for long future.

I tried an S20+ at Best Buy and really liked it. If the Aura Red were available in the USA I would buy one but for now I'll keep my S10, which I've been very happy with so far. Why the boring colors after the Note10 killer colors??

I preordered Samsung S20+ 5G phone G986U1 Unlocked version.

I tried regestering on 5G in 3 different locations across Bay area with No luck.

Although my other 5G phone which is not a Samsung made nor an ATT version works like a champ, so it means its not a sim card or location issues. Now when i go to the Debug screen *#0011# it shows DCNR restricted True. So either the phones binary is blocked for 5G or they shipped me a 4G device for 5G cost.

I hope samsung to get back to me with a Explanation and solution.

I receive my S 20+ on Monday, and I have tried every day since but not been able to register for premium care. I spent several hours on the phone with Samsung two days ago, and they said it was a computer glitch and it would be fixed the next day. Still I am unable to purchase premium care. Can someone please get this straightened out and help me?? I have always had Samsung phones, but this is getting ridiculous that you can't even buy an extended warranty. thank you

I bought this phone.  I'm on the Verizon network.  Nobody mentioned that Verizon customers would not have access to the Samsung Blockchain before I bought the phone.  So now I need to change carriers if I want access to the crypto wallet feature.

really nice phone... really wish you phone company's would stop making the backs out of glass.. I get it, it looks nice but id like my phone to not just shatter when it falls from 3ft out of my pocket

I've been with Samsung for years ! I recently purchased 2 new phones 

S20 and the s20 ultra terrible devices camrea are so bad crashed every picture you take sometimes you cant even take a picture and you loose certain moments ! What's the point of a high end camrea when you can't even take a photo i talked to them about it 2 weeks ago and no update yet about this and today I message and will see if they fix the issue or I will demand a full refund for both devices even though its passed the 14 day return policy I kept evidence with all these issues. When you pay 1400 for a phone shouldn't have problems like this..

Perhaps address the defects of the S10 Note Plus prior to releasing the next,  maybe,  great phone.   Ie:  battery won't charge because it's too cold,  however the phone was, and had been, in a 70 degree ferienhight room.   $1,200.00 for useless phone after only SEVEN months.

This is the third day having my s20 and when I try to use the camera function on apps including the factory camera it says I can't be using the camera on more than one app at the same time and I don't know what to do

I have just purchased a s20 plus. I can see a flashing pixel near the front facing camera. Slightly to the right. I see it when I make calls. What is this? Is it damage to the screen? I just got it out of the box.

May i know when we will receive update software for s20 Ultra. there is always autofocus problem of cameras. and some time volume itself going up and down.

I would like to add that i am absolutely disappointed in my S20+ because apparently i received a bad one. I was on my phone when all of a sudden it just went black. I reached out to tech support and went thru the steps they told me to and i still have not been able to get it back on. Apparently after doing my research i am not the only one who was experiencing this. There is actually a video out there that goes thru exactly what tech support told me to do. I am disappointed because i just received the phone and did not back up my pictures yet along with my contacts being lost but there is so much on there that i cant access no more. I have been a galaxy user for 20 years and i am sadden for all the stuff i lost and sadden that no samsung rep, tech or asurion rep really cares. And to top it off i have to wait 3-5 business days to get a new phone absolutely horrible!

This is the worse phone ive ever owned. Ive owned Galaxy phones since the 3rd iteration. DO NOT buy this phone, the camera is the worst camera ever created on a phone. It us blurry, grainny and more facial smoothening than any smasung phone ive owned. I would not purchase another samsung after this. I spent way too much to have a crappy phone.

Got the S20 about 10 days ago, very solid phone. But can the fingerprint scanner REALLY be THIS bad? I'm talking, less than 50% success rate. And when it does work, it's SO much slower than any physical biometric scanner I've ever had. Wife has the same problem. Actually considering ditching the phone because this is really that bad....

I have S20 Ultra but there is a significant signal reception problem.
Also it looks there is a signal on phone but call is not coming but 30 second later it's sending text "you have a missed call."

 

There must be watchdog timer to check keepalive.

When will you be sending the S20 Ultra 16 gb  512 that I purchased on 03/24 and which was promised for delivery on the 27th?

In my first contact to ask about this, your representative told me there would be an email to let me know tracking information and helpfully explained that "express overnight shipping" referred to "after the phone had shipped." Um, yeah, ok.

In the second, on the 27th when there had been no email or text (what I reqiested on purchasing) with tracking information and no deliveries were scheduled for my address, I was told an email would be sent and was asked to please wait until the end of the day. Um, yeah, ok.

In the third I was told that they didn't know and couldn't find out what caused the delay but it was "with the filler team" and "ready to be shipped." Why couldn't they find out? Cistomer service "couldn't contact them" for any answers. Um yeah, ok. "But please rest assured" the managers would find out and to please wait 1-3 business days for an email. None arrived.

In the 4th, my son who is hoping I'll stay with Samsung, was told that the account had not been flagged for any action or follow-up and that now I needed to wait 3-5 business days... again, you guessed it, for an email.

Well, the following day I did get an email saying there was a shipment coming to me. For the cover I bought on the same order as the phone. Yeah, sure.

This isn't the first time your ordering process and customer service has been an abject failure. Very similar issues occurred when I tried to buy the Note 10 in 08/19.

Whatever your filfillment issues are and whether this grossly expensive phone arrives or not, you've lost me as a customer.

The length of time I've stuck with you as a loyal Samsung buyer and the number of products I have and would have continued to buy, the number of new customers this piddling person's word of mouth has brought you over the yeatd (or that of any other customers who obviously have problems with the same kind of customer service and support) is lost but would have easily been salvaged by your people simply telling the truth rather than the "rest assured, it's here, there, and eberywhere" script you've given your people to follow.

Pathetic. Truly pathetic.

Why is a low volume on the S20 Ultra?

The speaker works fine for phone calls or if I use the headphones, but when I'm trying to listen to media is very low. Is this a software issue? Please help
