I placed my S20+ order a week ago with "promised" delivery by 4/20/20. That day came and went. I reached out yesterday and told I'll be contacted within 1-2 business days on order status. In the order details page, there isn't even an estimated delivery date now.
They also removed the "Cancel Order" button quick. I think I will just cancel this and save my money. Sounds like it's not even worth it.
My s20 plus camera is so dissapointing .. the zoom higher than 3x gives distorted images and above 10 x highly distorted and cant be considered as a photo at all... I am really dissapointed and if you look for a good camera s20+ is not recommended.
I now have a $1400 phone with no working camera. I'm doing whatever I can do stop people from getting like I did. Samsung is going to make me jump to Apple, and that is really saying something about how bad this is. All we are asking for is a fix, and they won't even acknowledge the fact that this cannot be fix with software.
Then i have the problem is after i used my telephone about 15 minutes it become very hot . SO, why that happen? And what can i do? Can i change to another tephone?? I hope you will contact and lets me know soon.
I am totally done with Samsung Phones after this unfixable issue with my S20 Ultra piece of junk. I really wish I could return it for a full refund or at least trade it for the S20+
I wonder what the chances are I could trade it in ? Either way , my Samsung days are over and since I've been using Samsung since they came out with the Galaxy many years ago , I'm going with IPhone when the IPhone 12 comes out.
Good bye Samsung , how about letting me trade down to a S20+ ?
Never got a USB charger withbmybrand new phone. Called and emailed two different departments, no one answering the phones and emails say to call customer service who doesn't answer phones. I NEED A CHARGER !! I can't use a brand new phone without a charger who sends a. Brand new S20 without a charger? So far Samsung is the worst experience I have ever had. Most likely returning phone and never dealing with Samsung again. Thanks for wasting so much of my time.
Does Samsung is planing to do a recall? The "can't focus" problem, I don't think a software update will fix the biggest problem this phone has. I purchased the Ultra because the camera...my old S8 camera works better than the S20 Ultra....the focus keep on dancing. A simple goggle will find many people with the same problem
I just got the Samsung s20 plus and I noticed that whenever I call, a white little dot comes up near my camera and flutters until the call stops. Is this normal for this phone?
@userHIFxYKAzBT send it back. Samsung really needs to recall the S20 models and relaunch when they've gotten all of the issues worked out.
The cracks are a widespread problem. So are the phones not connecting, dropping calls, blacking out and, sadly, more.
Even though not a danger like the battery issue of yore these problems are not things Samsung should allow (and refuse to address with customers) with their high end flagship phones.
It would be expensive but at the price of the S models it's the only "right thing to do" if there's no option for repairs.
I've had the S20 ultra since the day it came out, and about the only good things I have to say about it are that it has good battery life and the 120hz refresh rate is nice.
That being said, for a phone marketed for its camera array, it takes pretty awful pictures, even when you can get the darn thing to focus. I have a nice case for the phone, and earlier tonight, I had the phone setting with the screen facing down on a table next to my couch. I reached over to pick up my phone, and noticed that there was a huge hole in the glass screen covering the camera array, with cracks reaching from the hole to the edge of the glass in every direction.
I know it wasnt like that when I last set it down, so I looked on the table ,and there were little pieces of glass around where the phone was sitting. I looked into the issue, and apparently quite a few others have had the camera glass break in a similar manner, but Samsung refuses to fix it, citing it as a cosmetic issue which costs $400+ to fix at one of their authorized repair centers, which aren't even open right now.
This is simply, absolutely unacceptable from a $1400 phone, and it will be the last Samsung product I ever buy. I tried to return the phone before this ever happened within the return window and try out an iPhone since they take such nice photos, which is what attracted me to the s20 ultra in the first place. However, the new iphones were sold out nationwide at the time, so I had to hold onto this piece of junk. Dont waste your money on this thing folks.
@userjGzkAUtoE I'm very sorry about the breakage on top of the crappy camera! Even more so that Samsung has gone to pot with customer service and standing behind their product.
Yesterday, I read the Forbes article of the sudden and unusually early Note 20 announcement. It begs the question, is it a bit of deflection from such a stunningly poor predecessor?
As expected from exynos more power, chip resulting disappointed vs snapdragon 12% les pwer. This s20 ultra cant even handles heat @120hz for whatsapp and facebook, crappy chipset. I hope you samsung will never bother using exynos for future phone. Wonder if i can get snapdragon version if i make a complaint to their service center. Battery drainig abnormal snapdragon use 17% les power then exynos....
Using exynos version in EU feels like robbed to me !!!!
I have just purchased a s20. I can see a flashing pixel near the front facing camera. Slightly to the right. I see it when I make calls. What is this? Is it damage to the screen? I just got it out of the box.
(**This is about the note 20. But I thought i would comment here 😊)
Hello my name is Brianna, I have had a Galaxy Note 8 for a couple of years now and I love it. I love all the customization things you can do with the messaging and the themes are amazing. Iv'e been looking at the Note 10 plus and honestly the only thing holding me back from getting it is that I'm worried about the screen cracking easily. Because I know the Note 8 screen is very soft compared to the iphone. Their phones are definitely more durable. So I thought I would message or email Samsung. So once I heard about the note 20 coming out I wanted to put the idea out there that maybe you could make the note 20 with a more durable build. So the phone isn't so easily broken. Also definitely another plus would be the processor being very fast because there is a lot of gaming people out there and that would help make the game smooth for sure. You guys have probably already thought of these ideas. But I thought why not. I know I would want people to do that if I owned a company but anyways, I hope this was helpful and I really hope that the note 20 is a lot more durable and I am really excited to see what it looks like. Thank you for your time ❤
please fix the 4G connection problem. It is a global issue - I face it in Asia. I see posts about it in EU and US. Non of the fixes listed so far works, including factory reset. Please put back in the 4G antenna into the samsung S20/S20+/ultra series
How is the S20+? I mean battery wise, I have a 12 hour shift and need a battery that last. Right now have a LG and from 5 am to 8.30 pm I still have 25% of battery (playing pokemon go sometimes, emails, WhatsApp with family overseas) will the battery last me all day?
I want to put something out there for Samsung to see and hopefully do something about. My sister-in-law has had her s20 for less than a week and the glass covering the cameras spontaneously cracked. Literally, it wasn't there one moment and the next it was.... and not just cracked, the glass is so broken that there it a small hole in the glass over the top left camera with cracks all over the rest of the cameras. She bought the phone outright and was more careful with it than most people are with their babies. She even put an expensive case on it the moment that she bought it. Let me be perfectly clear: expensive case, treated it like a baby, never dropped it, and was holding it when the camera broke ON ITS OWN. I would really appreciate it if a rep would get ahold of me to right this wrong for her. Thanks.
Is anyone else's battery draining quickly, I don't use it and still draining by couple%, if I take it off charge then unlock phone it goes down 2% straight away. The always on is off .
This is my 2nd phone in 2 weeks as I had to send phone back as it was over heating and again battery drain really quickly.
Anyone has any advice on what else to check on phone that could be draining the phone.
Just to let Samsung know that I was in the process of ordering a new S20 Ultra phone when I was told that the newer Samsung phones did not have a pulse or O2 monitor. I WILL NOT buy a Samsung phone without those features. I would rather stay with my old phone until it completely dies or go with a MUCH cheaper phone.
Just how many people are having problems with the S20? i've had the phone 3 days and already regretting upgrading as all it wants to do is random reboot, when i put it on charge it will reboot, if i use USB it reboots, make calls it sometimes will reboot and various apps does the same, just thinking it was a mistake as all im getting is it will be fixed soon, this is beyond a joke for the price of the phone and not being able to use it without the worry of it rebooting.
Brand new charger. I get the weak charger error. ITS NEW. Ive tried the fast charging option and regular charging. It is soooo slow. I dont understand. Samsung A20 Any suggestions?
I brought Samsung Galaxy s20 on At&t unlock the phone has problems call out ok but can't recieved call. I have been use Samsung phones overs 15 years never having problems. this problems Samsung should Fixed quick.
