My Galaxy Note 9 is having constant bluetooth media audio issues. Initial bluetooth connection is made fine to various applications , and then the media audio connection between the device and media hardware is constantly dropped. This is consistent across various applications (eg; Amazon Music, Pandora, MLB At-Bat) and across hardware (eg; Bose, JBL, car). Audio starts and breaks between 15 seconds and 2 minutes.
I've tried nearly every 'tweak' I can think of to various settings across bluetooth, apps management, 'do not disturb', etc.. I cannot figure out any user setting which makes a difference. I've heard/seen no other such issues for Android devices against any version previously...have had SG3, SG6 previously which no such issues as well. Seems like this is clearly pointing at a hardware/software specific device issue for SGN9. Can Samsung care please advise. Is anyone else having this problem?
I love the device otherwise but starting to reach my breaking point as this is a primary use case for me.
Hardware v. Rev1.1
Android 9 (last update 4/1/19)
I have same issue, i connect any bluetooth device and after few minutes disconnect media, but still connected for phone calls i cant figure how to resolve this issue...
I have a Galaxy S10+. Same thing is happening to me doesn't matter which bluetooth device I connect to. I've noticed it cuts off when the phone screen turns off. And when I go to wake it up he music turns back on.
I'm h!ving this exact issue also! I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the apps without any change! All of a sudden playback just goes out and comes back 3-15 second later like it's been saying but I didn't hear any of it! These last updates have been horrible! Battery is draining fast and music playback is going in and out! No way I'm buying another Samsung product! Whatever happened to if it ain't broke don't fix it?
I found this Solution on the European forms that has been quite effective. Install the app Bluetooth phonebook and it should work
