I don't if is only me, but I got the worst costumer experience ever since I got my Note 9. Currently in repair, for a software issue again, and already send it 6 times. And now I'm getting my 2nd replacement. And the replacement isn't even the version that I bought originally and their point is out of stock. Requested to get an AT&T version like the original and their excuse is that they can't. Is disappointing having a a phone that expend more time in repair than in my hands. I'm afraid that the phone will go bad again when I get the next replacement and will not have warranty and I will be stuck with a defective phone. Even request a different model and don't do it. Samsung Loose all the reputation for me; their products and their costumer service.
