Are either of you receiving any error messages? Or do they just not show up?

Just to doublecheck, has your device been updated recently?

Do you know if the people who aren't able to receive your emojis are on different carriers or is there a common carrier?

If the person is receiving (?) That means that their device does not have that emoji or is not updated enough to get that emoji. No problem with your device. It happened to me and someone that had an iPhone 8+. They haven't updated their device and so they weren't able to see the new and updated emoji. No problem with your device
