Exchange Emails Not Syncing and Duplicating Sent mail

Samsung Note 9 email app not working. I have 4 accounts set up: 2 Verizon (sync 15 mins) and 2 exchange accounts (auto sync). They stop synching, normally in the middle of the night. Email version 6.1.11.6. I have to turn off wifi and back on to get emails to come through.

 

Also, emails from the Samsung mail app send twice so the recipient receives the same email two times back to back.
