I have a us phone from Verizon and it doesn't have and if the nice features note 8 Bixby did especially voice password

I finally found the setting for unlock with ok Google in android auto, oddly enough.

I do not have that option under Bixby Voice Settings..

 

I live in Indiana and purchased my phone in Indiana.

Hey, give this a try

 

Go to Settings > Apps > Show system Apps (click on the 3 vertical dots upper right of screen) >
 Bixby Voice > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache. 
 then

 

Go to Settings > Apps > Show system Apps (click on the 3 vertical dots upper right of screen) >
 Bixby Vision > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache. 
 then

 

Go to Settings > Apps > Show system Apps (click on the 3 vertical dots upper right of screen) >
 Bixby Home > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache. 
then

 

Go to Settings > Apps > Show system Apps (click on the 3 vertical dots upper right of screen) >
 Bixby Service > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache. 
 Restart Phone
