I preordered through Verizon and they sadly messed up my shipping and I have yet to recive our note 9s. I was wondering is there anyway I could go ahead and send in the appropriate info and preorder proof so that it can be processing and hopefully avilable once our devices get here?
And out of nowhere I get an email from Samsung Promotions with my Vbucks!!
And another from Samsung Support with a code for $100 off of another Note9! Just when you think you're being ignored, your given some McLovin!
Just got off the phone with customer service, seeing as how I pre ordered on the 23rd. I got an email saying my purchase didn't occur within the time frame. The lady on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and tried telling me that because I recieved my phone on the 24th (the day it was released) and registered the promo then. That i wasn't eligible for the promo. I didn't get anywhere till
Until I requested a supervisor. Then she said she would escalate it and i won't hear back for another 8-9 days... I don't really care about the wait, but this process is absurd. Even with visual proof (screenshot of the order confirmation) how does this even get denied in the first place....
