The answer is plain and simple.
Unfortunately, "No", you cannot recover anything if you have deleted from Secure Folder and did not have any backup.
And you can only take backup to cloud available from Secure Folder > 3 dot menu > Settings > Backup and Restore
You cannot take any other backup like to SCard or any other removable storage.
