Issue with January 2021 update

My Note 9 force restarts when connected to my android head unit in my car. Also, it does not happen to allow Bluetooth devices to control music playback now. I already tried a factory reset among other things. Any help appreciated.

try a network reset. that will erase your wifi, and Bluetooth devices. but hopefully it will help

No luck still has issues, is there a way to reinstall an update? maybe there was an issue.

don't know. at this point I would try the Samsung members get help chat and see if they can help
