Issues after Recent Update on 14 July 2020

Hi Just updated the Phone with the Latest Firmware and it become worse as already having the Issue with Decolorisation, Hot Phone and no Keys can be touched and it occurs Frequently but after some times it becomes okay but now Since from the Starting the Phone itself this Problem Occurs. Please advise how to sort it out. More over after the last update Issues are coming with Dual Apps of whatsapp and wechat. Please check and revert as it is really getting annoying.

download samsung members app from Galaxy store, and u can send ur log.
go to my page from bottom right -> setting -> automatic error reports

After any software update it is also recommended to clear the cache partition. 

 

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Power key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
  8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

No it doesnt Solve the Issue instead it became more Worse as now During the call the Screen Decolourise and Hang and I am not able to dicconnect the call and see for another APP for Sometime. 

 

Please see and give the upgraded software which dont have this Issue.
