I've read that many people are receiving the moisture detection in the port error, as well as my husband and myself. I spoke to a Samsung Rep briefly and they had me clear the storage under the USB settings. Did that and still doesn't work. I even reset my phone back to factory/mfg settings and reset up everything again. Still doesn't charge. Any suggestions? AT&T won't/can't help. Also, if I do send the phones to Samsung, do I have to pay for a new phone, fixing or replacement?
