No Internet connection

Since the September update my Note 9 many times a day says no internet connection. I didn't have an issue before my phone updated on September  14th. I could be on wifi and still get the pop up! The only way to fix is to restart my phone.

Have you tried any of the standard fixes?  You didn't mention anything that you've attempted so far.  Are you just getting the pop up or are you actually loosing network connection??

 

Try to clear the Cache Partition.  

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby key, then press and hold the Power key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
  4. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
  5. Press Power key to select.
  6. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
  7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  8. Press the Power key to restart the device.

You can try to reset all network connections.  

  1. Settings
  2. Connections
  3. More Connection Settings
  4. Reset Network Settings. 

This will reset all your network connections.  Wifi, bluetooth, everything.  You will have to re-pair all your connections when you are done.
