I have read every post here and followed every bit of instructions to no avail. What is the deal? We spend so much on these phones, and yet they aren't reliable. My older Notes worked better than the Note 10. How can we get a new phone that won't have these issues?
I had this issue i did all the troubleshooting steps such as deleting cache, data, and factory rest.
Ultimately the camera had to be replaced by a Samsung repair center and now its working good as new!
